Built from
the floor up.
My gym gave me fragments. I needed something that held together, so I built it. Film, training data, my own body, and what the fighters and coaches I respect were actually doing on the floor.
The Blueprints came first. The Workshop came after. The way I coach is the same logic, applied 1-on-1.
In the work.
What I built
Blueprints
/shop →
Footwork first. Shadowboxing second.
I kept watching people train hard and not get better. So I wrote the order. Stance, then footwork, then how to put it together when nobody is holding pads for you. The Blueprints are what I wish someone had handed me at the start.

Bring me what is not working.
Every week. Camera on. You show me what is breaking down in training. I tell you which piece to pull. No theory. The people in that room are putting the work in. You feel that within five minutes.
How I coach
One thing per session
One thing to fix. Not ten.
I send people home with one thing to run in the next session. Ten things never get done. One thing changes the way you move. Do that for a year and you are not the same fighter.
1-on-1 Coaching
Application only →
1-of-1.
A small number of athletes at a time. The work is shaped around your fight, your body, your schedule. Application only because the work has to be a fit on both sides.
Follow the work
"Run in such a way as to get the prize. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air."
